OCR UK Championships Elite Wave Entry

To qualify for the "Elite" wave you must be in the Top 3 in age group/gender in one of the qualifying races.

OCR UK Championship Journeyman Wave

There is also a Journeyman wave for those who are not able to (or do not wish to) compete at competition level, but would still like to experience the UK Championships race.

To qualify for this wave, you must take part and finish any (not limited to the above) 4 OCRs at any distance in the UK between Nov 2015 and Nov 2016.

50% Rule

There must be a minimum of 10 in age group (All entrants) for everyone to qualify otherwise the 50% rule kicks in, i.e. 8 in age group only top 4 can qualify. However, highest number for odd amounts i.e. 9 enter top 5 will qualify. Where there is a single entrant then they qualify automatically.
